Troops attacked the terrorist cell, renowned for riding motorbikes to carry out nefarious acts in the region, based on credible intelligence, according to a statement on the official X page of the Nigerian Army.
Reports indicated that the terrorist cell was in route to get their motorcycles fixed. These bikes were used for terror attacks in Kaduna State and the surrounding North-West region.
They were found to be in possession of four motorcycles, a Motorola radio, one stock AK-47 rifle, and one AK-47 rifle.
