In Saturday’s 4-2 victory over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, Manchester City were led by two sensational goals from Kevin De Bruyne and one apiece from Rico Lewis and Erling Haaland.

Man City now shares first place in the Premier League with Liverpool as a result of the match.

Additionally, it has increased the pressure on Liverpool and Arsenal, two teams vying for the title, ahead of their games on Sunday and Saturday, respectively.

Pep Guardiola’s squad is now tied for second position in the Premier League, one point behind Liverpool.

Only a goal differential separates the Citizens and the Reds.

Their current point total is 70 after 31 games, second only to Liverpool’s 70 after 30 games, and third place Arsenal’s 68 after 30 games.
